1. Services & Products
Bencicily Concepts provides Business Development services (Branding, Procurement, E-Learning) as well as products from our Computers & Gadgets and Online Store sectors. All product descriptions and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but we reserve the right to update details without prior notice.
2. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be paid in full via Paystack before processing.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of incomplete payment or suspicious activity.
- Pricing is displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability.
- Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or courier issues.
4. Refund & Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Refunds will be processed after inspection and approved through the same payment method used at checkout (via Paystack).
- Services (such as Branding, Procurement, or E-Learning) are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of proven service failure.
5. Limitation of Liability
Bencicily Concepts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
